Wilding Honeybees
The Apian Being, the Arboreal Nest, and Us
Sunday, April 3
10 am to 5 pm
Our lives and wellbeing are intertwined with the lives and wellbeing of pollinators. Wild honey bees seek out and thrive in hives made in tree cavities. In this day-long event, we will connect with apian sentience on the land here in the Commonweal Garden, will prepare and install a log hive, and reflect on how we humans can support thriving, self-determined, happy bees.
