Deepening strength, grace, wisdom and wellbeing, in connection with a circle of women.
Aging as a woman in our society invites strength and grace, in the face of various societal forces as well as the challenges and gifts that hormonal and metabolic shifts bring. In this course we will embody self love, embracing our bodies while learning to optimize metabolism and inhabit a healthy weight, vitality, and self-image. We will explore purpose, meaning, and what it means to lead, within families, communities and beyond. Integrative medicine content regarding hormone balancing and metabolism, women's health including sensuality and sexuality, authentic social support, deep nature connection and joyful movement practices combine in this monthly practice and learning group.
We'll align our energies with the Spring season, celebrating new growth, new beginnings, and nourishing ourselves for optimal flourishing.
Please plan to attend each of the four sessions.
Offered on a sliding scale. No one turned away for lack of funds.
* Lunch will include a seasonal Food as Medicine chef demonstration. Please bring something to share sourced from local farms or food system, loaded with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties. (We'll support you in knowing what that is!)
