A learning, sharing and practice circle in support of healthy aging-mind, body and spirit.

Aging presents opportunities to deepen in wisdom, acceptance, care of self, and grace.

In a time when rates of chronic disease, including dementia, are on the rise, understanding root causes and what we can do about them  can be supportive.

There is an evolving science base supporting a whole-person, integrative and functional medicine approach to preventing and even slowing the rates of chronic illness, including cognitive decline.

This circle weaves a social fabric that supports inquiry and action toward aging with wisdom, grace and vitality. We are co-creating a community structure that honors elders and supports living in and engagement with community as long as we are able.

We will draw upon concepts such as the use of food and plants as medicine, neuroscience about brain health, spiritual wisdom traditions and practices, the benefits of relationship with the natural world and each other, and the way community can be in loving integrity with our elders.

Please register and plan to attend each session in the seasonal series. Registration helps with our communication and commitment helps with creating a connected container. Thank you!!

Offered on a sliding scale ($30-$60) for the 3 part fall series), no one turned away for lack of funds.
