A learning, sharing and practice circle in support of healthy aging-mind, body and spirit.

Rates of chronic disease, including dementia, are on the rise. The reasons are many, and have their roots in inflammatory anthropogenic societal and lifestyle pressures. The human and financial costs are staggering.
There is also an evolving science base supporting a whole-person, integrative and functional medicine approach to preventing and even slowing the rates of chronic illness, including cognitive decline.
This circle will weave a social fabric that enables everyone to age as well as possible and stay engaged in community as long as we are able. We will draw upon concepts such as the use of food and plants as medicine, the mental and cognitive health benefits of relationship with the natural world and each other, and the way community can be in loving integrity with our elders.
Please plan to attend each of the four sessions.
Offered on a sliding scale ($40-$200 for the 4 part series), no one turned away for lack of funds.
