The Benefit of Bitter
Taught by integrative physician Anna O’Malley, MD and integrative nutritionist Lauren Gauthier, we will focus on the many benefits of bitter herbs. From digestive support to blood sugar regulator, bitter herbs are potent medicine. In this day-long course you’ll:

learn about the many benefits of bitter herbs from a physiological, botanical and ecological perspective

connect with the plants and the land through guided experiences

make medicine from bitter herbs foraged from the land

take home your own tincture of bitters
This is a family-friendly event with children’s activities offered.
The cost of the course is $50, which includes materials.
