Community Medicine Circles
Immunity and Resilience in the time of Coronavirus

Join us for a four-part series exploring our personal health and resilience during this pandemic. While we in West Marin and Northern California have been relatively spared the disease thus far, it is still very possible that the virus will move through our community. Public health measures like physical distancing, hand-washing and mask wearing remain of the utmost importance. However, there are many things we can do to keep ourselves healthy and strong so that if we do get COVID-19, we are able to fight it well.

Each week we will spend the first 15 minutes with informative update on the pandemic including new understandings of the way the virus behaves, the usefulness of antibody testing as that evolves, and updates on how we are doing as we gradually relax restrictions. For the next 30 minutes we will focus on one aspect of how to optimize our immune function. The last 15 minutes will be reserved for questions, pertaining to the topic of the night or any aspect of the coronavirus pandemic.
