Anne has a passion for work that brings individuals and communities together to collectively approach health and social justice issues. For over 25 years she has worked in the health field as a health specialist, community educator and organizer, evaluator, and activist working in preventative health and wellness including stress management, nutrition, environmental health and organizational capacity building. She has extensive experience in convening and facilitating community meetings and trainings for diverse participants in various settings, counseling individuals and groups on personal health, life transitions and life choices.
In 2015 she founded her own health consulting practice focusing on men’s health and eventually branching out to work with women and couples to support them in creating and sustaining healthy, vital lives. Currently, she teaches Stress Management at Cabrillo Community College in Aptos, California.
Anne loves working in and being in nature continuously deepening her relationship with nature. She is the mother of two teen daughters with whom she lives in Santa Cruz, California.
